Mountain Homestays frequently sponsors promotions to give its Users the opportunity to win discounts on expeditions. Personal Information collected by us for such activities may include contact information and survey questions. We use such Personal Information to notify contest winners and survey information to develop promotions and product improvements.

In our efforts to continually improve our product and service offerings, we may, from time to time, collect and analyses demographic and profile data about your activity on our Website. By voluntarily submitting your travel photos or videos to Mountain Homestays after availing our services, either on our Website or through email or any other medium of communication to us, you grant to Mountain Homestays, a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable, license to edit, telecast, re-run, reproduce, use, syndicate, print and distribute the materials you submit, or any portion thereof, in or in connection with Mountain Homestays. You represent and warrant to Mountain Homestays that you have the full legal right, power and authority to grant the aforementioned license to Mountain Homestays.
Our Website has stringent security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Whenever you change or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. Once your information is in our possession, we adhere to strict security guidelines, protecting it against unauthorized access.
